anCnoc 1975 30 Year Old is a single malt from Knockdhu distillery, distilled in 1975 and bottled in 2005 by Inver House Distillers at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It matured for 30 years in Spanish and American oak casks.
The nose offers ripe apples, dried apricots, citrus zest, cinnamon and clove. On the palate are rich honey, stewed fruits, vanilla creaminess and dark chocolate, and the finish is long and warming, with spiced apple and toasted oak.
