Angel's Envy Cask Strength Bourbon 2026 is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at full cask strength and unfiltered. It is the yearly release in the Cask Strength Series, built up through a Solera process.
This release blends bourbon distilled between 2014 and 2018 and matured in American white oak with a number 3 char, then finished in Ruby Port casks. The mash bill is 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malted barley.
The nose is cherry cordial and salted caramel with sweetly spiced oak. The palate is rich and weighty, with apple cider, red wine and creamy ganache, and the finish is dry, with oak tannins, citrus preserves and dark chocolate.
