Angel's Envy 10 Year Cask Strength Rye is a straight rye whiskey, a limited release for 2026. It is finished in Caribbean rum casks and bottled at cask strength, 56.22% ABV (112.4 proof), in a 75cl bottle presented in a green and gold box.
The rum cask finish adds a tropical sweetness to the spice of the rye.
The nose combines brown sugar, vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, baking spice, dried fruit and rum cask richness. The palate is bold and layered, with rye spice, molasses, dark caramel, vanilla, oak and cinnamon. The finish is long and warming, with spice, oak, brown sugar and vanilla.
