Angel's Envy 10 Year Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon released in 2025. It is the brand's first age-stated cask strength bottling and marks 15 years of Angel's Envy.
The whisky was distilled in 2014 and 2015 and spent ten years in new charred American white oak before a finish in Ruby Port barrels. It is bottled at 61.3% (122.6 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The nose brings trail mix, marzipan and subtle oak spice. The palate has fruity nougat, candied nuts and salted caramel, and the finish is long and balanced, with wine sweetness, nutty grain and oak tannins.
