Angel's Envy 250th Anniversary Single Barrel is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon in a 750ml bottle, released to mark America's semiquincentennial. Master Distiller Owen Martin hand-selected 20 barrels for the release, each bottled at 110 proof.
The bourbon is aged for five years in oak, then finished for a further 8 to 10 months in a single Ruby Port barrel from Portugal's Douro region. Each bottling therefore reflects the character of its own cask.
It comes with a commemorative hang tag and a celebratory label.
