Angel's Envy – Aloha Warrior C4 Foundation Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl)

This is a single barrel bourbon from Angel's Envy, a limited-edition release created in collaboration between MemoryBottles and the C4 Foundation, in a 75cl bottle. The bottling was made in memory of Charlie H. Keating IV, known as The Aloha Warrior, and honours his place in the Navy SEAL community. In the tasting notes, the nose has caramel, vanilla bean, maple syrup, toasted oak, cinnamon and subtle dark fruit. The palate brings brown sugar, toffee, honeyed oak, baking spice and ripe orchard fruit. The finish is long and warming, with oak char, sweet spice and soft vanilla.
