This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Angel's Envy, made to the Bottled-in-Bond standard and bottled at cask strength. It is 50% ABV (100 proof), in a 75cl bottle.
The bourbon has nearly six years of ageing behind it.
The nose has lightly caramelised sugar, vanilla wafers and a whisper of banana pudding. The palate shows honey latte, delicate fruit syrup and warm toasted oak. The finish is soft and rounded, fading gently.
