This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Angel's Envy, bottled in bond at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 75cl-style 750ml bottle.
It was distilled in a single season and aged for at least four years, and it is released as a limited edition. Unlike the brand's Port Finish, it has no additional finishing casks.
The nose brings vanilla bean, caramel, toasted oak and dried fruit. On the palate are rich brown sugar, baking spice, dark chocolate and honeyed oak, leading to a long, warm, smooth finish with lingering sweetness.
