Angel's Envy Bourbon is an American bourbon aged in port barrels, in a 75cl bottle.
The flavour is moderate in intensity, with mild wood and a tart spiciness at the front and maple and vanilla sweetness just behind. A hint of red fruit, first noticed on the nose, stays in the background and adds to the complexity. The port-barrel ageing carries through into the finish.
