This is Angel's Envy Bourbon, finished in used Port barrels and bottled at 43% ABV. It comes in a 100ml bottle.
Once the bourbon is ready, it spends a further four to seven months in the Port barrels, and the Port residue adds extra richness. The brand was founded by Lincoln Henderson, creator of Woodford Reserve, and is carried on by his son Wes.
The nose has vanilla with raisins, maple syrup and toasted nuts. The palate brings vanilla, ripe fruit, toast and bitter chocolate, and the finish is clean and sweet, with a hint of Madeira.
