Angel's Envy is a Kentucky straight bourbon finished in port wine casks. It is blended in small batches of 8 to 12 barrels, and is typically aged for up to 6 years before the finish.
The finishing uses 60-gallon ruby port barrels made from French oak and brought from Portugal. The bourbon rests in them for between three and six months, depending on taste.
