This is a single barrel Angel's Envy bourbon, hand-selected in collaboration with Sip Whiskey and finished in sherry casks. It is bottled at 58% (116 proof) in a 750ml bottle, as a limited release.
The sherry finish is said to bring layers of dark fruit and warming spice. Notes of dried berries, toasted almonds and subtle vanilla are described, balanced by a touch of oak.
