Angel's Envy Bourbon is matured for up to six years in American white oak, then finished in port casks. The port finish adds a rich, rounded sweetness to the bourbon.
On the nose there is vanilla, red fruit and subtle herbal hints. The palate brings caramel, citrus peel and sweet spices such as cinnamon, with a velvety texture. The finish is long and soft.
