Angel's Envy Caribbean Rum Cask Finish is a rye whiskey from Louisville, Kentucky, bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
After maturing, it is finished in Caribbean rum casks, which bring the sweetness of rum alongside the spice of the rye.
The nose combines warm spices, vanilla, caramel, tropical fruit and oak. The palate is smooth and velvety, with cinnamon, nutmeg and toasted coconut. The finish is lingering and warming.
