This is a Kentucky bourbon from Angel's Envy, bottled in bond and at cask strength of 100 proof. It was made with a lower barrel entry proof and careful blending, and aged for nearly six years.
The colour is a toasted gold. It can be drunk neat or over ice.
The nose is lightly caramelised sugars and vanilla wafers, with a hint of banana pudding. On the palate it is sweet and balanced, with honey latte, light fruit syrup and toasted oak. The finish is soft and rounded, fading gently.
