Angel's Envy Cask Strength Port Barrel Finish is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the 2026 release, made from whiskey distilled between 2014 and 2019. Each year's blend is layered into an ongoing Solera-inspired system, which gives continuity from one release to the next.
After blending, the bourbon is matured a second time for up to 3.5 years in hand-selected port wine barrels.
The nose offers cherry cordial and salted caramel with sweetly spiced oak. The palate is rich and weighty, with apple cider, red wine notes and creamy ganache. The finish is dry, with oak tannins, citrus preserves and dark chocolate.
