Angel's Envy Cask Strength Rye is a high-rye whiskey from Louisville, Kentucky, bottled at cask strength in a 75cl bottle. It is distilled in copper pot stills.
The rye is aged first in American oak barrels, then finished in Caribbean rum casks. Tasting notes list ripe fruits, vanilla, caramel and toasted oak, with spicy undertones from the high rye content.
