Angel's Envy Cellar Collection Volume 6 is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey bottled at 53.2% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is the 2026 limited release in the Cellar Collection.
The rye was distilled between 2014 and 2018, then divided in two. One part spent up to 23 months in peach brandy casks and the other up to 12 months in toasted oak barrels, before the two were blended back together.
The nose brings peach rings and fresh peach over vanilla and light spice. The palate has peaches and cream, warm peach cobbler, vanilla and peppery rye spice. The finish is long and fruit-forward.
