Angel's Envy is a bourbon finished in casks that previously held Port, in a 70cl bottle.
The mash bill is 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malted barley. The spirit spends six years in new oak, is then divided into small batches and rests for a further six months in the Port casks.
The nose is light, with vanilla and maple syrup alongside toasted hazelnut and raisin. The palate is sweet and full-bodied, with spice, chocolate and wood.
