A bottle of Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon, deep etched and hand-painted by Memory Bottles to mark America's 250th anniversary. The design is carved into the glass and then painted by hand. It is a custom project using Angel's Envy bourbon, not an official distillery release.
The bourbon inside is finished in port wine barrels and bottled at 43.3% ABV, in a 750ml bottle.
The nose offers vanilla, maple syrup, ripe fruit and toasted oak. On the palate come caramel, dried fruit, chocolate and a little spice, followed by a lingering sweetness with warm port influence in the finish.
