Angel's Envy – Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks (37.5cl, 50%)

This is Angel's Envy rye whiskey finished in Caribbean rum casks, in a 375ml bottle at 100 proof (50%). It follows the brand's bourbon finished in port barrels and honours Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson's legacy. The team sampled over 100 rums before choosing one to complement the rye. The whiskey spends up to 18 months finishing in the rum casks. The finish is said to pair the raw, spicy, earthy character of rye with the mellow sweetness of rum.
