This is a single barrel Kentucky bourbon from Angel's Envy, finished in Tawny Port barrels and bottled at 55% ABV, or 110 proof, in a 75cl bottle.
The Port finish brings a red-fruited sweetness that blends with the oaky vanilla character of the bourbon, giving a dessert-like warmth.
In the glass, expect baking spices, candied citrus and dark chocolate alongside the red fruit and vanilla.
