Angostura 7 Year Old Rum (70cl, 40%)

Angostura 7 Year Old is an aged rum from Trinidad and Tobago, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from molasses and sugar cane juice and aged in oak for at least seven years, which gives it a deep amber colour. The nose combines tropical fruit with spice and a little toasted coconut. On the palate it is robust yet inviting, with caramel, vanilla and gentle oak, and the finish is smooth. It suits sipping neat or over ice.
