Angostura Cocoa Bitters (10cl, 48%)

Angostura Cocoa Bitters are cocktail bitters made with Trinitario cocoa nibs from Trinidad and Tobago, combined with aromatic botanicals. They come in a 100ml bottle at 48% abv. The top notes are rich, bitter, floral and nutty cocoa. They work well with sweet vermouth and with aged spirits such as whisky, rum, cognac and tequila, and add depth to classic cocktails such as the espresso martini. A few drops can also give a main course or a sweet dessert a different twist.
