Anjou Blanc Le Clos des Cosses Monopole Chateau de Bois Brincon

A white wine from Chateau de Bois Brincon, made solely from Chenin Blanc grown in the monopole vineyard Le Clos des Cosses in the Loire. The clay-limestone soil and microclimate contribute to its depth and complexity. Partial ageing in barriques brings notes of mature apple and pear, citrus and a subtle mineral note, with elegant acidity balanced by roundness, white fruit, vanilla and honey. It pairs well with refined fish or white meat dishes.
