This is an 8 year old Annandale single malt, bottled by Cadenhead's as part of its Authentic Collection. It comes from a single cask and is bottled at natural cask strength.
The spirit was distilled in 2015, matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled in winter 2023, with 228 bottles filled.
The nose is malty, with muesli and golden syrup. On the palate there are toasted oats, peat and rye crackers, leading to a finish of monkey nuts, grass and soft ashy notes.
