A single cask Man O'Words from Annandale Distillery in the Lowlands, bottled at a cask strength of 60.3%, in a 70cl bottle. The Man O'Words label is Annandale's unpeated style. This one was matured in a Woodford double oaked ex-bourbon cask, and 215 bottles were filled. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The nose is crisp green orchard fruit and fresh apple over a malty base. Creamy vanilla, butterscotch and barley sugar come through on the palate, with gentle spice and oak. The finish is softly nutty, fading to ripe pear and stewed apple.
