Annandale Man O' Sword is a peated single malt matured in a 500 litre ex-Oloroso sherry butt of European oak. It is a single cask bottling at cask strength, and non-chill filtered, as all Annandale whiskies are.
Annandale Distillery was founded in 1836 by George Donald on the River Annan in Dumfriesshire. It closed in 1918 and was revived in 2014 under new owners.
The whisky is described as robust and complex, with a high level of smoke and a deep, powerful flavour.
