Antica Torino Vermouth di Torino Dry is an aromatised wine made from white wine, aromatic herbs and a little sugar. The recipe is a traditional one dating back to the 18th century.
It is flavoured with botanicals including wormwood, cinchona and gentian, along with other natural aromas typical of Piedmont. The colour is a bright, pale gold.
The nose is rich, with alpine herbs, citrus, vanilla and spice. The palate is dry and elegantly structured, with a soft entry and a long finish carrying a pleasant bitterness.
