An aperitif from Cocchi in Piedmont. It has a bright golden-yellow colour and 16.5% vol. The nose shows aromatic herbs, spices, citrus, chinotto and gentian. The palate is soft and velvety, balancing floral sweetness with aperitif bitterness, with orange and local aromatic herbs leading to a long, persistent finish. It is served with ice and an orange slice or used in cocktails.
