An aperitif produced in small batches from a selected mix of herbs and spices. It has a vivid orange colour. On the nose there are citrus accents followed by chamomile, gentian and a light touch of anise. On the palate it is balanced, with citrus sweetness and ginger spice meeting a light herbal bitterness, and a velvety texture. It can be served over ice, used in cocktails or enjoyed in a spritz.
