Aperitivo Veneto Airone Rosso (70cl, 14%)

A Veneto aperitif from the Poli distillery, made by cold infusion of aromatic herbs, roots and selected citrus. It has a bright red colour and an intensely aromatic nose with red orange, gentian, rhubarb and subtle aromatic herbs. On the palate it is balanced, with initial sweetness offset by pleasant bitterness and freshness. Serve chilled with a slice of orange or lemon, or use as a cocktail base.
