A Jamaican rum distilled in 1999 by Appleton Estate, bottled in a 70cl bottle.
It has an intense, bright golden colour and a rich, complex nose of vanilla, cocoa, sweet spices, coconut and a hint of nutmeg. On the palate it is velvety and well structured, with a balance between sweetness and lightly toasted notes.
The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasantly spicy aftertaste.
