Appleton Estate 2003 Hearts Collection Rum (70cl)

A Jamaican rum distilled in 2003, made by copper pot distillation and aged under the tropical Jamaican sun. The nose offers nutmeg, vanilla, cane sugar syrup, caramel and ripe tropical fruit. On the palate it is soft and well balanced, with natural sweetness and a long, pleasantly spicy finish. It can be enjoyed neat or used to elevate high-level cocktails.
