A dark rum from Appleton Estate in Jamaica, aged for a minimum of eight years. The nose brings vanilla, nutmeg, almond, coconut, molasses and orange peel. The palate is soft and velvety, with caramel, dried fruit and toasted wood, leading to a long finish with spicy pepper and dark chocolate. It can be enjoyed neat, over ice or in refined cocktails.
