Aqua Di Gin Speziata (70cl)

A spiced gin infused with a selection of aromatic spices, including coriander, cardamom, black pepper and a touch of cinnamon. The spices are macerated and then carefully distilled to give a pure, complex flavour. It balances the freshness of juniper with warm, spicy notes from the selected herbs. It can be used as the base for a Gin Tonic or a Negroni, where its spicy robustness balances with vermouth and Campari.
