Ararat Vaspurakan is a 15-year-old Armenian brandy, matured in tuff caves in Yerevan and aged in oak barrels. It is made from selected grapes and double distilled. The brandy has an intense amber colour with golden reflections. On the nose it shows dried fruit, vanilla, sweet spices, toasted notes and chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied and harmonious, with a soft, enveloping entry and a balance of sweetness and acidity. The finish is persistent, with caramelised fruit and aromatic wood.
