Arbikie – 10 Years Old The Signature (Inaugural Release)

The Signature is the first single malt from Arbikie, released at 10 years old. The Odyssey barley was grown on the distillery's own fields in Angus, and every stage from field to bottle took place on the same estate. The whisky was distilled at the farm in 2016 and matured for ten years in ex-bourbon casks. The release runs to 1,000 bottles. On the nose it offers ripe peach and banana bread. The palate brings brioche and apricot marmalade, and the finish is creamy vanilla with orange blossom.
