Arbikie Highland Rye 1794 is a Highland single grain Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48%. It is named for the year the distillery was first discovered. The ingredients come from the Arbikie farm and its surroundings. The grain is sown, nurtured and harvested there, and the spirit is distilled, matured and bottled on site. Rye was used in Scotch whisky production until the late 19th century, and the distillery has revived that tradition with rye grown on the estate. It is described as bold and full of flavour.
