Arbikie Highland Rye 2020 is a Scottish rye whisky, the third edition of the Highland rye first introduced in 2018. It matured for five years in virgin American oak casks and was bottled in December 2020 at 48% ABV.
Arbikie is a newly established single estate distillery that has revived rye whisky in Scotland, a tradition that fell out of fashion about a century ago. The grain is grown on the Arbikie Estate, continuing the farm's field-to-bottle distilling history, which began in 1794.
