Archie Rose Australian Original Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Archie Rose Australian Original is an all-malt blend of the distillery's Straight Rye Malt and Single Malt whiskies, bottled at 40% in a 750ml bottle. It was made in collaboration with co-owner Chris Hemsworth, using Australian-grown heritage rye and barley malts. The whisky was matured for at least three years in European and American oak casks in coastal Sydney. It contains no neutral spirit, artificial colouring or flavouring. The nose brings pineapple and citrus peel, then salted caramel, malt chocolate and roasted hazelnut. On the palate come pineapple, banana and citrus with figs, dates, milk chocolate and brown sugar, and the finish is vanilla cream and milk chocolate.
