Archie Rose Single Malt Australian Whisky (75cl, 46%)

Archie Rose Single Malt is an Australian single malt made by Archie Rose Distilling Co. in Sydney, from six Australian barley malts including heirloom and aromatic roasted varieties. It is fermented, distilled, matured and bottled in-house under master distiller Dave Withers. The whisky is aged in Australian fortified wine (apera) casks as well as European and American oak, and bottled at 46% in a 750ml bottle. The nose has bold banana and coffee. The palate brings toffee, oak and dried fruit, and the finish has maple sweetness, tobacco spice and a rich nutty depth.
