Archie Rose Straight Rye Malt Whisky is an Australian rye malt whisky from Sydney, made in collaboration with co-owner Chris Hemsworth. It uses Australian Heritage, Vampire and historic Bevy rye malts.
It matures for at least three years in air-dried, charred virgin American oak casks in Sydney's maritime air, and is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
On the nose, caramelised banana, peanuts and candied ginger; the palate brings maple syrup, fudge and toasted brioche, and the finish charred cinnamon, dried ginger and nougat.
