A 10-year-old Islay single malt from Ardbeg, from the Old Style bottling series. It was aged in ex-bourbon barrels and is non-chill-filtered, at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is smoky, with sweet citrus and subtle chocolate. The palate has bold peat balanced by tangy lemon and hints of black pepper, and the finish is long and smoky, with espresso and fresh pear.
