Ardbeg – 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky (75cl)

Ardbeg 10 Year Old is an Islay single malt in a 750ml bottle. It is known for flavours of smoke, salt, iodine, peat and citrus, with dark chocolate and butterscotch richness towards the end. Its lighter body and pronounced salinity are put down to a purifier fitted under the lyne arm of the stills, which separates lighter alcohol molecules from heavier ones. The result is a refined, delicate texture with plenty of concentration. The Glenmorangie Company and LVMH bought the distillery in 1997.
