Ardbeg Y2K Vintage 24 Year Old is an Islay single malt, the second release in the distillery's Y2K Vintage Series. It was distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2024 at 47.8% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in ex-bourbon casks and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
Tasting notes describe dried figs, dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans on the nose, then citrus oil, salted caramel, maritime smoke and baking spices. The finish is long and velvety, with campfire embers, sweet oak and gentle aniseed.
