Ardbeg Blaaack is a Limited Edition Islay single malt, in a 70cl bottle at 50.7% abv. It was released to mark the 20th anniversary of the Ardbeg Committee, which was founded in 2000.
The distillery used Pinot Noir casks from New Zealand for it, the first time in its history that casks from there have been used.
The flavour is described as velvety summer fruit pudding and bitter cherry, with a deeper edge of soot and Ardbeg's characteristic smoke.
