A single malt from Ardbeg on Islay, issued as a Committee Release and bottled in 2019. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 50.7% ABV and carries no age statement.
The distinctive part is the cask: the whisky was matured in Pinot Noir casks from New Zealand, a wine cask choice not usually associated with Islay malt.
