This is Ardbeg Corryvreckan in its Committee Reserve release, an Islay single malt bottled at 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The name comes from the whirlpool between Islay and Jura. The Committee Release is a limited edition, and the whisky is non-chill filtered.
