Ardbeg Dolce is the 2026 Ardbeg Day special edition, a single malt Scotch whisky distilled on Islay. It takes a sweeter approach to the distillery's peat, with pastry-like notes alongside the smoke.
The nose combines smoke with vanilla, caramel and pastry notes, lifted by a touch of citrus. On the palate the peat is strong, joined by burnt sugar, gentle spice and citrus on a full texture. The finish is long, with intense smoke and lingering sweetness.
